Great to meet you!

Do you feel like a rubber band, stretched by those you care about to the point of snapping? Where do your needs fit in? I can help you. I have experience providing individual and group treatment to adults with a diverse range of mental health concerns in a variety of settings, including university counseling center, residential treatment center for eating disorders, forensic psychiatric hospital, and community mental health center. My area of expertise includes relationship difficulties.

My approach to therapy

My treatment philosophy is best summarized by the proverb, "A good companion shortens the longest road." I see my role as that of a travel companion that guides my clients to psychological well-being. Using the therapeutic relationship, I ultimately help my clients in overcoming persistent roadblocks and steering change.
