Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Priya Reddy, a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). I provide comprehensive, patient-centered care that bridges both mental and physical health, with a strong focus on treating the whole person—not just symptoms.

My background allows me to approach care through an integrative lens, recognizing the deep connection between mind and body. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress-related conditions, and overall wellness concerns, while also considering medical factors that may impact mental health such as sleep, nutrition, and hormonal balance.

I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and actively involved in your care. My approach combines evidence-based treatment, thoughtful medication management when appropriate, and practical lifestyle strategies to help you feel your best.

I am also bilingual in English and Spanish, which allows me to connect with and support a diverse range of clients more comfortably.

My goal is to partner with you in developing a personalized plan that promotes long-term mental clarity, emotional balance, and overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, integrative, and personalized to each individual’s unique needs. As both a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner, I focus on the connection between mental and physical health to provide comprehensive, whole-person care.

I combine evidence-based practices—including thoughtful medication management when appropriate—with lifestyle-focused interventions such as sleep optimization, nutrition, stress management, and behavioral strategies. My goal is not just symptom relief, but helping you achieve long-term stability, balance, and overall wellness.

I prioritize creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing openly and actively participating in your care. Together, we will identify your goals, explore underlying factors contributing to your symptoms, and develop a treatment plan that is both effective and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to gain a comprehensive understanding of you as a whole person—not just your symptoms. We’ll discuss your current concerns, mental health history, medical background, lifestyle factors (such as sleep, nutrition, and stress), and what you’re hoping to achieve through care.

I create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. This initial visit is very collaborative—I want to understand your experiences while also helping you feel heard, validated, and informed.

We’ll begin identifying your goals and discuss potential treatment options, which may include therapy-based strategies, lifestyle modifications, and medication management if appropriate. I take time to educate you on your options so you can make confident, informed decisions about your care.

By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer understanding of what may be contributing to your symptoms, an initial plan moving forward, and practical next steps to start improving your overall mental and physical well-being.
