In the first three years of my career, I worked in the hospital setting that allowed me to work with clients of all ages (5-80+) and various issues including, but not limited to depression and anxiety, chemical and process addictions, maladaptive personality traits, trauma, and dysfunctional relationships. Over the last three years I have specialized in sexuality, sex addiction, and relationships, and I am now a Certified Sex Addiction Counselor. Though this is my area of expertise, I invite all individuals to meet with me and see if we are a good fit!

I take a person-centered, integrative, and holistic approach to therapy that incorporates the influence of many treatment philosophies. I believe that each individual person needs their own individualized care.

In our work together, you can expect a safe, non-judgmental space to bring all that troubles you. I believe that my job is to be a guide through your difficulties, providing you with the tools and skills you need to navigate challenges on your own and ultimately cultivate your best life. While I want you to bring your priorities, you can also expect me to challenge you on what you may be avoiding or overlooking. We will collaborate together to form your treatment plan, and I will also be direct with you when appropriate.
