Great to meet you!

My name is Purnima Karki, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I believe that healing is not just about managing symptoms — it’s about returning to wholeness. Rooted in the word “Sampurna,” meaning complete in Nepali, my therapeutic approach honors the full human experience: body, mind, spirit, and relationship.

My approach to therapy

Inspired by my South Asian upbringing and grounded in attachment-based work, I strive to create a safe, culturally sensitive space where individuals and couples can reconnect with themselves and each other. My intention is to help you cultivate emotional safety, increase self-awareness, and build more fulfilling, connected relationships — all through a holistic and compassionate lens.

What you can expect from me

Whether we are focusing on stress, relationship challenges, or life transitions, you will leave each session with greater insight into your patterns, practical tools to support your well-being, and a renewed sense of hope and direction. My goal is for you to walk away feeling lighter, more grounded, and empowered to take the next steps in your healing journey.
