Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from Tulane University. I have over twelve years of experience in behavioral mental health working with diverse populations in school, community, and outpatient-based treatment settings. I have worked with clients experiencing mild mental health concerns to serious mental illnesses.

My approach to therapy

I use a mixture of therapy techniques and interventions from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused brief therapy. I have a passion for helping others and assisting them in building a better quality life.

What you can expect from me
