Great to meet you!

If you’re someone doing everything you can just to keep up, I get it. Maybe you’re a teacher managing impossible expectations, a young adult feeling like you should have life figured out, an athlete pushing yourself harder than anyone knows, or part of a family navigating big changes.

On the outside, you hold it together. On the inside, you feel anxious, exhausted, and constantly “on.” I work with young adults, adolescents, educators, athletes, and families navigating life transitions, stress, or high expectations. Using holistic therapy, we explore where these patterns come from and develop ways to help you feel grounded, supported, and confident.

If this sounds like you:

You feel overwhelmed more often than you let on. You’re juggling changes in life, family stress, or uncertainty about your next steps. You push through for others, but inside you feel anxious or drained. You want relief from overthinking, clarity, and a safe space to process without judgment.

I work with young adults, adolescents, educators, athletes, and families navigating life transitions, stress, or high expectations. My background includes supporting diverse populations and helping clients address a range of emotional and situational challenges. Using holistic therapy, we explore where patterns come from and develop ways to feel grounded, supported, and confident.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and centered on understanding the whole person. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Reality Therapy to help clients explore how their thoughts, behaviors, and choices influence their emotions and daily experiences.

I take a holistic view, looking beyond symptoms to consider how different areas of life, such as relationships, work, and personal values, shape your overall well-being. I strive to create a supportive and open environment where you feel safe to explore your experiences, build insight, and work toward meaningful, lasting change at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know each other and beginning to explore what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your background, current challenges, and goals, but there’s no pressure to share everything all at once — we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

This session is also a chance for you to ask questions and get a sense of how I work, so we can start building a strong foundation for our work together. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and a little more clarity about what the therapy process can look like for you.
