Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with a Master's degree in Community Counseling. I believe healing begins when we feel safe enough to show up as our authentic selves. My approach to mental wellness is holistic, recognizing the connection between our thoughts, emotions, relationships, and overall well-being.

As a mental health professional, transformational leader, and certified executive coach, I bring a compassionate, collaborative perspective to helping women navigate life's challenges. I understand that being the person everyone depends on can sometimes leave little room to care for yourself. My goal is to provide a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

I work with women across the lifespan who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and major life transitions. Together, we'll explore patterns, strengthen coping skills, establish healthy boundaries, and build greater self-awareness.

I believe you are more than the challenges you're facing. Therapy is an opportunity to invest in yourself, reconnect with your strengths, and create a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with who you are. You don't have to have everything figured out to begin. You just have to be willing to take the first step.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and holistic. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you gain insight, recognize patterns, and discover the tools that support your growth. I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore your emotions, process difficult experiences, and feel empowered to be your authentic self.

I recognize that mental wellness involves more than managing symptoms. Our thoughts, relationships, life experiences, and daily habits all influence how we feel and function. Together, we'll identify your strengths, develop practical coping strategies, establish healthy boundaries, and work toward goals that align with your needs and values.

I tailor treatment to each client's unique experiences, using evidence-based strategies and a strengths-based perspective. My goal is to help you build resilience, deepen self-awareness, and create meaningful, sustainable change. Therapy isn't about becoming someone else; it's about reconnecting with yourself and developing the confidence to live a more balanced and fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, the challenges you're experiencing, and what you hope to achieve. I'll invite you to share at your own pace, without pressure to have everything figured out. Together, we'll explore your strengths, identify your priorities, and begin discussing how therapy can support your goals. My priority is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself. You don't have to tell your entire story in one session. This is the beginning of your journey, and we'll take it one step at a time.
