Looking for a therapist who really gets you? Let’s work together. I take a down-to-earth, relational approach that centers authenticity, connection, and real-life growth. My work focuses on multicultural mental health, identity exploration, trauma healing, and DBT for anxiety and depression. I also offer Group Therapy: For Real People—a supportive space for adults who are new to group therapy. We meet weekly to explore relationships, build insight, and practice new ways of coping and connecting.
