Great to meet you!

Looking for a therapist who really gets you? Let’s work together. I take a down-to-earth, relational approach that centers authenticity, connection, and real-life growth. My work focuses on multicultural mental health, identity exploration, trauma healing, and DBT for anxiety and depression. I also offer Group Therapy: For Real People—a supportive space for adults who are new to group therapy. We meet weekly to explore relationships, build insight, and practice new ways of coping and connecting.

My approach to therapy

Together, we’ll build the tools you need to navigate big emotions, manage anger with calm, and step confidently into your power. I also offer a weekly group for people who want to grow, connect, and practice these skills in community. Let’s turn challenges into growth—together.

Not sure if we’re the right fit? No worries—send me an email or give me a call and we can figure it out together. And if it turns out I’m not the best match, I’ll make sure you leave with solid referrals you can trust.

What you can expect from me

In our first session we'll get through all the administrative stuff upfront so we can get to know each other. I am a stranger to you, and I expect to start the work of earning your confidence by listening and collaborating closely with you on your healing journey.
