Hello, my name is Qiana Toy-Ellis and I am the owner and founder of Refinery Counseling Services LLC. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor for the state of Georgia. I joined the counseling profession in June of 2012 with a passion and desire to assists others with their path to healing, transformation, and restoration. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies, and a Master of Arts with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy. My passion is to empower people with the skills needed to overcome life’s circumstances by helping them to discover, value, and transform into beautiful gifts that they are.

My experience includes providing clinical mental health services and consultation for diverse populations. These populations include families, children and adolescents, women, developmentally disabled, seniors, military servicemen, addictions, offender populations seeking to reintegrate back into society, and the public-school system. With over eight years of social service and clinical mental health experience, I have assisted both individuals and families with healing and transformation through clinical mental health counseling and consultative services.
