Great to meet you!

As a first-generation AAPI immigrant and had struggled personally, I authentically empathize with those who have felt unheard and misunderstood. I have experience working with clients dealing with everyday life stressors and hardships in parenthood.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I pay close attention to clients' upbringing and attachment styles, recognizing their impact on current interpersonal relationships. I employ a holistic, person-centered, psycho-educational, solution-focused approach, integrating mindfulness and CBT in my work with clients. I also provide parenting support to parents of young children.

What you can expect from our first session

I hold space for your thoughts and feelings. By providing you a non-judgmental and accepting environment, you could feel safe to share and reflect on the things that you would like to change. We can work at a pace that you feel comfortable with.
