Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Qiuyi! I am an immigrant, a wife to a professor, a mother to a neurodivergent child, and a neurodivergent individual myself. My experiences navigating divorce, high-conflict co-parenting, special education advocacy, interracial relationships, and cross-cultural communication have shaped my understanding of resilience, identity, and the many factors that influence mental health.

I work with adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I especially enjoy supporting high-achieving professionals and individuals who appear successful on the outside but struggle with perfectionism, burnout, imposter syndrome, people-pleasing, or emotional exhaustion. Together, we'll identify your strengths, build practical coping strategies, strengthen executive functioning and emotional regulation, and create a life that feels more aligned with your values.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, honest, and evidence-based. I draw from ACT, CBT, DBT, and EMDR when appropriate, combining warmth, curiosity, practical tools, and thoughtful feedback to help you build lasting skills and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel understood, challenged, and empowered to move forward with confidence.
