Great to meet you!

I have been working in the mental health field for four years and have experience supporting clients ages 5–60. I graduated from Regent University in 2021 with a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. For clients who prefer a faith-based approach, I also integrate Christian principles into therapy sessions.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, I believe you are the expert on your own life and experiences. My role is to walk alongside you as you process the challenges you are facing and work toward the goals that matter most to you. Together, we can explore what growth and healing look like based on your circumstances.

What you can expect from me

During your first therapy session, we will discuss how the therapy process works, what you would like to work on in therapy, and go into more detail about your medical, social, and psychological history.
