Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I bring over 10 years of clinical experience working with individuals in both group and individual settings, along with 20 years of supporting families through crisis, life transitions, and end-of-life challenges. I am a Certified Trauma Competent Professional (CTCP) and Anger Management Certified.

I specialize in helping teenagers and adults navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, grief, and substance use challenges. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Family Systems Theory, and mindfulness-based interventions.

I believe healing happens in the context of connection, and everyone deserves someone to walk alongside them during difficult seasons of life. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is open-minded, empowering, and direct. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and challenged to grow. I believe lasting change comes from understanding the connection between our experiences, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Family Systems Theory, and mindfulness-based interventions to help clients identify patterns, develop effective coping skills, and achieve meaningful goals. I specialize in working with teenagers and adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, anger management concerns, and substance use issues.

My goal is to meet clients where they are, help them recognize their strengths, and empower them to create the life they want to live.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where we will discuss what brought them to therapy and what they hope to achieve. Together, we will identify the behaviors, thoughts, emotions, or life challenges they would like to better understand, change, or manage.

I will take time to learn about your background, current concerns, strengths, and goals so we can develop a treatment plan that fits your unique needs. My goal is to help you gain clarity, feel understood, and leave with a sense of direction for the work we will do together.
