Great to meet you!

I work with people going through big life changes and feeling weighed down by stress. I have a strong background in trauma‐informed care and mental health, and I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and the impact of early childhood or relational trauma from many different backgrounds.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in evidence‐based, client‐centered care. We’ll build insight together, practice practical coping skills, and make sense of your experiences in a way that feels empowering. I focus on creating a space that’s steady and structured, while still warm and compassionate, so you can be honest and vulnerable as you work toward real, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect an open, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. Our first session will focus on you—what’s bringing you in, what you’d like to work on, and what you hope to gain from therapy. From there, we’ll move at your pace. I’d be honored to meet you and support you in this next chapter.
