Great to meet you!

No matter your age, background, or life experiences, you are welcome here. Whether you're a child, teen, adult, couple, or family seeking support, my goal is to provide a safe, inclusive, and judgment-free space where you feel comfortable being yourself.

Life can present challenges in many forms, and you don't have to navigate them alone. Whether you're coping with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, grief, major life transitions, parenting concerns, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I am here to support you with compassion and understanding.

I believe therapy should feel like a partnership. Together, we'll build on your strengths, develop practical tools, and work toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you. My hope is that every client leaves feeling heard, valued, empowered, and encouraged—knowing that healing and growth are possible, no matter where you are in your journey.

My approach to therapy

I believe that every person deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel comfortable being yourself and sharing your story at your own pace.

I take a compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy, recognizing that no two people are alike. Together, we'll explore the challenges you're facing, identify your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you move toward your goals. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, trauma, stress, or simply feeling stuck, I'm here to walk alongside you with empathy and encouragement.

I strive to build genuine, trusting relationships with my clients because healing happens best when you feel safe, understood, and empowered. My hope is that each session leaves you feeling supported, equipped, and confident that positive change is possible. No matter where you are in your journey, you don't have to face it alone.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, my priority is getting to know you—not just the challenges that brought you to therapy, but also your strengths, experiences, and goals. We'll spend time discussing what you're hoping to achieve, exploring your current concerns, and reviewing any relevant personal, family, or mental health history that will help guide your care.

This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what's important to you, and determine whether we're a good fit to work together. There is no pressure to share everything at once. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you while creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment.

By the end of your first visit, we'll begin identifying goals for therapy and discuss a personalized plan tailored to your unique needs. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead.
