Great to meet you!

I am passionate about helping high-achieving women and young women (16+) who feel overwhelmed by career or academic pressure, anxiety, and expectations to reconnect with themselves and create a more balanced, fulfilling life. I obtained my Bachelor's of Science Degree in Communication from Southern Connecticut University and Masters of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from University of Saint Joseph. I have many years of experience working with individuals and families in inpatient, outpatient, and school mental health treatment. I specialize in anxiety management, self care, relationship issues, career difficulties, academic stress, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to empower you in feeling more confident, improving self care, building stronger relationships, and defining your own meaning of success. Whether you’re a first-gen college student or a professional woman navigating career, relationships, and self-care—I see you. Therapy can be the space where you reset, grow, and find balance.

What you can expect from me

My mission is to provide a safe, judgment-free space where you can unpack what’s on your mind, let go of what’s heavy, and discover new ways to thrive. With a supportive approach, I help women navigate anxiety, nurture self love, and create balance in your life. This is your place to exhale, grow, and blossom into the fullest version of yourself.
