Great to meet you!

I am open minded, honest and promote healing and discovery for the client. Most clients appreciate the positivity that is used throughout treatment versus only staying focused on a modality. Clients find our interactions to be more encouraging and realistic to their journey and often find themselves completing the process with growth.

My approach to therapy

I promote learning oneself through emotional awareness, positive psychology, psycho education and interactive engagement with the client.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a moment of rapport building. I want the client to truly feel as if they have been able to honestly express their concerns and to expect upcoming sessions will follow what their true intentions for treatment are.
