Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I am committed to providing a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore challenges, build resilience, and achieve meaningful personal growth. I believe that healing occurs through a collaborative therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and authenticity.

My clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, emotional and behavioral concerns, anger management issues, and adjustment difficulties. I have specialized training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and utilize evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

I understand that seeking counseling can feel overwhelming, and I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. My approach balances compassion with practical skill-building, helping clients develop healthy coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and increase confidence in navigating life's challenges.

What you can expect from me

I view clients as the experts of their own experiences. Together, we identify strengths, address barriers to growth, and work toward lasting change. Whether you are processing difficult experiences, managing anxiety, overcoming obstacles, or seeking personal development, I am dedicated to walking alongside you throughout the therapeutic process.

Above all, clients can expect professionalism, confidentiality, genuine care, and a commitment to helping them reach their goals while fostering hope, healing, and resilience.
