Great to meet you!

Originally from the West Coast, I have called Houston home since 2016. Transitioning to a new city on my own came with both rewarding experiences and personal challenges that encouraged growth, self-discovery, and resilience. Through those experiences, I have had the opportunity to work across a variety of settings serving children and families, veterans, young adults, and athletes.

I am passionate about helping individuals from all walks of life navigate anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. I also support individuals experiencing performance pressure, burnout, and difficulties balancing personal wellness with school, work, athletics, and other life demands.

My goal is to create a welcoming space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful and lasting change in your life. Wherever you are in your journey, I look forward to walking alongside you as you take the next step.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and strengths-based, focusing on helping clients build insight, resilience, and practical tools for growth.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a welcoming space to slow down, be yourself, and talk about what’s bringing you in. We’ll explore what you’ve been experiencing, what you’d like to change or better understand, and what you hope to gain from therapy. You can also ask questions about the process so it feels comfortable and collaborative from the start.
