Great to meet you!

As a mother, U.S. Air Force Veteran, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFT-A), and Certified Family Life Educator (CFLE), I understand how demanding family life and life transitions can be. My background spans counseling, family education, and military service. I support children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, stress, parenting challenges, relationship concerns, and healing from trauma, with specialized training in perinatal mental health. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and capable of meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection. I help you understand how your experiences, relationships, and family patterns shape your life while building practical skills for meaningful change. Together, we focus on your strengths, emotional needs, and goals, creating space for you to feel heard, deepen understanding, and strengthen your relationship with yourself and others.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We’ll explore what brings you to therapy, your strengths, and what you hope will change. Sometimes, you simply need a safe space to clear the fog and see which areas of your life need attention. I’ll explain the therapy process, answer your questions, and work with you to identify initial goals. You don’t need to have everything figured out—there’s room to begin exactly where you are.
