As a practitioner, I focus on providing individual Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) & trauma-informed therapy, centered on the belief that "You are the expert on you." Empowering individuals with the skills & resources, working collaboratively with to develop a personalized treatment plan that they feel comfortable implementing. The goal is to help each individual explore & cultivate a life worth living.
