My approach to therapy

She maintains a trauma-informed, strength-based view of therapy with Existential and Humanistic approaches and she offers faith-based counseling for her religious and spiritual clients and provides a supportive environment using trauma-informed and culturally sensitive practices. She is also a Master Level Reiki Practitioner, and is certified in Clinical Telemental Health.
