My name is Dr. Quentin Stubbins, I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. I obtained my PhD in Counseling Psychology at Andrews University (APA Accredited). I have deep interest and ample experience in providing individual therapy to people of all backgrounds struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional-behavioral, parenting, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, multicultural, and men's issues.

My approach to therapy

I utilize an integrated approach using cognitive-behavioral, acceptance-commitment, interpersonal, and person-centered therapies to children, teens, and adults. My goal is to help you learn about yourself, teach coping skills, and help you apply those skills to your life for true change. All I ask is that you come motivated and ready to work. You'll never regret making time to work on yourself to be a better you.
