Great to meet you!

Originally from CA, I received my BS in Child Development and Psychology from California State University, Northridge. I went on to pursue my MS degree in School and Family Based Counseling from The University of La Verne. Upon graduating, I moved to CO to start a family and start my career. I went on to work within the field of child welfare advocating for youth in care, the District Attorney's Office, community mental health centers and local school system.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In sessions I take an active, strength-based approach. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches and collaborate with my clients to identify and reach their goals. My goal is to provide the most appropriate care for my clients, so they aren't spending extra time or money to get the care they deserve. I strive for my clients to feel heard and acknowledged. My passion in life is to serve others, help people heal, and help people live their best lives.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe my clients have an innate ability to be resilient to overcome any life stressor, trauma, and mental health challenge. I strongly believe that sometimes, you just need the right person to talk to in order to understand and utilize the healing potential they possess.
