Great to meet you!

Choosing to begin counseling is a powerful first step toward self-discovery, healing, and personal growth. It would truly be an honor to walk alongside you and support you through whatever aspects of therapy is that it's not just for moments of crisis, it's also space reflection, growth, and becoming more aligned with the life you want to live.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, empowering, and solution-focused. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. I believe in meeting clients where they are, while also gently challenging them to grow and move toward meaningful change.

I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My goal practical tools they can use in their everyday lives.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and relaxed environment where they can begin sharing their story at their own pace. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and begin identifying areas you would like to work on.

This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, get a feel for my approach, and determine if this is the right fit for you. My priority is to ensure you feel comfortable, understood, and supported from the very beginning.
