Great to meet you!

I'm Quincy Bennett, Ed.S., LPC, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges. My educational background includes a Master of Science and an Educational Specialist degree from Mississippi College.

Throughout my career, I've worked with children, adolescents, adults, and couples in various clinical settings, providing support for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, behavioral concerns, and major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and solution-focused, incorporating evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care.

What you can expect from me

I believe therapy should go beyond simply talking about problems. My goal is to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns while developing practical tools to create meaningful, lasting change.

I strive to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. Whether you're working through past experiences, navigating current challenges, or seeking personal growth, I'm committed to helping you move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and purpose.
