Great to meet you!

As an LPC and Board Certified Art Therapist, I practice with a trauma informed, strengths based perspective while including modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Expressive Arts Therapy. The inclusion of art into our sessions allows for a deeper understanding of skills and self.

My approach to therapy

I work with people who struggle with intense emotions, have difficulty regulating their mood, and experience challenges in maintaining stable relationships. This often includes individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder or high emotional complexity. What can help are practical tools and support to manage emotional highs and lows, decrease distress, and build resilience.

What you can expect from me

Our goals in therapy are to gain better control over our reactions, improve our sense of self, and develop healthier ways of coping. We all want to feel understood and supported so we can work toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
