Great to meet you!

I blend heart, science, and creativity in my therapy practice, meeting you with deep empathy and a knack for truly listening. I often work with those experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and stress. Together we will untangle unhelpful thought patterns, and explore and develop practical skills for handling big emotions. We will safely make room for discomfort while moving towards what matters most to you, all while finding solutions for challenges in a practical manner.

My approach to therapy

I often use treatment types of CBT, DBT, and ACT. I pull from CBT to untangle unhelpful thought patterns, use DBT to teach practical skills for handling big emotions, and brings in ACT to help people make room for discomfort while moving toward what matters most to them. I often use creative expression through therapeutic art to help further understanding.

What you can expect from me

Sessions often include mindfulness moments, lots of curiosity, and sometimes a splash of creativity. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and flexible; whether you need structure, self-expression, or just a safe space to breathe, I'm right here with you—curious, collaborative, and always rooting for your growth.
