Great to meet you!

I'm so glad you're here! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a master’s degree from Howard University and a bachelor's degree from Clark Atlanta University. Over the past 18 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients in a variety of settings including hospitals, colleges, outpatient clinics, and private practices. I specialize in working with women at all stages of life who seek a safe and nurturing environment to unpack struggles, and I’m honored to walk alongside you on your journey to healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in creating a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and supported. I’m here to help you navigate life’s challenges, reduce stress and move from simply getting by to truly thriving and finding peace. Many of the women I’ve worked with have spent their lives supporting others, often without space to share their own struggles. Therapy offers a place to do just that. I walk alongside you as we address challenges like depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, trauma, and life transitions. For those who wish, I’m also happy to incorporate Christian faith into our work together.

What you can expect from me

During our initial session, I’ll take time to understand your reasons for seeking therapy and discuss your hopes for our work together. I’ll provide an overview of the process and answer any questions you might have. Together, we’ll establish goals that we’ll revisit periodically. Many clients find encouragement in seeing progress, no matter how small, and I believe you will, too!
