
Hi, I’m Quinsea (she/her), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a specialty in ADHD. Having ADHD myself, I understand the struggle of knowing what I need to do, how I should be doing it, but still not being able to get the tasks done. I've learned to work with my ADHD rather than against it and I'd love to help you do the same. I meet you right where you are, explore what's getting in the way of being your best self, and figuring out simple, realistic tools to help you get there.
Every session is individualized and I bring out what tools I think would benefit you specifically. I use a mixture of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Supportive Therapy and Strengths Based Therapy.
Our first session will be focused on what brings you into therapy, your primary challenges and what your strengths are. From there, we'll figure out weekly realistic goals to help manage your life a little easier or bring some calmness into it.
