Great to meet you!

Life may bring about stressors and trauma that invade our lives, that without support we can lose hope and fall subject to our circumstances. My passion is enriching lives through counseling, crisis intervention and healing for those who have experienced trauma and other stressors.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My clients’, which include tweens, adults, couples and families; goals are my priority, and I walk alongside them in attaining those goals of finding emotional restoration, rebuilding relationships and re-establishing peace and wholeness that they may have lost.

What you can expect from our first session

Each client is different, and therefore the approach is catered to the client and their situation. I have extensive experience in varying approaches that are evidence based. I am a relational, reality-approach, cognitive behavioral therapy-oriented, client-centered, trauma-focused and culturally humble psychotherapist and life-coach.
