Great to meet you!

As a board licensed psychotherapist, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and a balanced life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! I’ve been practicing for 5 years, but in the last 2 years, have shifted my main focus to male and female clients aged 15-70 who are struggling with grief, substance, trauma and depression.

My approach to therapy

Using a blend of evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and grief counseling, I guide clients toward personal growth, self-awareness, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

I serve as an accountability partner, helping you align your mind, body, and soul—because true wellness involves balance on every level. I'm deeply passionate about this work and committed to helping you reach your potential, rediscover joy, and build a bright and meaningful future.
