Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Qu Twilley, a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) and founder of Virtue Mental Health Studio. With years of experience in both clinical and academic settings, my approach is compassionate, warm, collaborative, and culturally sensitive. I believe in helping people find what they once thought was lost.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, compassionate, and grounded in trust. I believe that healing happens through connection, and I work to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and safe to explore their experiences.

I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, heartbreak, and self-esteem challenges. Whether you're facing a life transition or carrying the weight of past wounds, I walk alongside you with care and curiosity, not judgment.

What you can expect from me

Together we will create space to explore your story, identify what’s no longer serving you, and begin the work of healing with intention and compassion. You can expect to gain insight, develop tools to manage anxiety and overwhelm, and rebuild your sense of self-worth.
