And, I strongly believe that prioritizing mental health is an investment in self and it is a rewarding, active step towards your healing journey. I have an evidence based, integrative approach to treatment, which includes the use of cognitive behavioral based interventions, solution-focused therapy, existential therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness just to name a few. The most important thing to remember though is that this is partnership between you and I. And, you are the expert on you.
