Great to meet you!

With over a decade of experience, I provide compassionate, evidence-based care across the lifespan, specializing in both family practice and psychiatry. I hold dual board certifications as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, allowing me to address both physical and mental health needs in a holistic, integrated way. My clinical strengths include chronic disease management, psychiatric care, medication management, addiction treatment, and pain management, and much more. I also provide school and work physicals, as well as convenient telehealth appointments for clients who prefer or require remote care.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is patient-centered and collaborative. I believe in empowering clients through education, listening deeply to their concerns, and working together to develop personalized treatment plans that support long-term wellness. I incorporate both traditional and innovative methods, tailoring care to meet each individual’s unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where their voice is heard and their concerns are taken seriously. I prioritize open communication, education, and shared decision-making so that you feel informed, empowered, and actively involved in your care. Whether we’re addressing physical health, mental wellness, or both, my goal is for you to leave each session with greater clarity, a sense of control, and a practical plan to move forward. I aim to build lasting therapeutic relationships based on trust, compassion, and results while using evidence-based practice.
