Great to meet you!

I work with children, teens, and adults who are navigating things like anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and life transitions. With years of experience supporting both kids and adults, I understand that everyone’s story is different, and that reaching out for help can feel like a big step. You don’t have to go through it alone.

I aim to create a space where we can be real, feel heard, and start making sense of what’s been weighing on you. Clients often describe me as supportive, easy to talk to, and someone who truly listens without judgment.

My approach to therapy

My approach is all about meeting you where you are.

Together, we’ll talk through what’s going on, explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical tools to help you cope and move forward. I focus on helping you feel understood while also empowering you to make meaningful, lasting changes in your day-to-day life.

This is a collaborative process, we’ll work as a team to figure out what works best for you.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but our first session is simply a chance to connect. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what you’ve been dealing with, and what you’re hoping will change. From there, we’ll begin identifying small, realistic steps to help you feel more in control and supported.

Over time, you can expect to build stronger coping skills, feel more confident in yourself, and have tools to better manage stress, emotions, and everyday challenges.
