Great to meet you!

My background story shaped me into who I am. I was born in Vietnam and came to America when I was 12-year-old. I was inspired to step out of my comfort zone and adapt not only to a new language but also to the cultural shift. From this challenging experience, I have learned to respect and connect well with people from all backgrounds.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I worked in the mental health field for over a decade, working closely with senior professionals, and adults with acute and chronic mental illnesses.

What you can expect from our first session

I have deep compassion and empathy for individuals and families with mental illnesses. As your healing partner, I will use my skillsets to guide/coach, and empower you so that you can be a better you for today and tomorrow. I can help you when you are burdened by anxiety or panic attacks when depression and loneliness prevent you from being who you want to be, and process through all trauma.
