Great to meet you!
R. Bares, MSEd, LPC, NCC
Sometimes the hardest part of therapy is giving yourself permission to ask the questions you’ve been avoiding. That kind of vulnerability takes courage — and often, a kind of psychological safety that many people have never been offered.
My role is to create that space. I believe therapy works best when it’s rooted in curiosity, connection, and practical tools. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that no longer serve you and reconnect with the parts of you that still want something more.
When we start asking the right questions in the right environment, it all adds up.
