A bit about my approach to therapy

I practice from a holistic, root-cause perspective, treating the whole person (mind-body-spirit), not just the symptoms. This practice is largely focused upon mind-body therapy in the treatment of trauma response patterns. While medication may be considered depending on the situation, it is not a primary treatment intervention of this practice. If you are in need of med management only, please seek an alternate practice.

What you can expect from our first session

The aim of treatment is to restore harmony to the patient's life so they may achieve an overall state of vitality and wellbeing. While we specialize in mind-body therapy, we work together with the client to set goals and develop a treatment plan that will work towards achieving those goals. Depending on the wants and needs of the client, treatment may include Lab panels, Supplementation, Herbal support, Mind-body therapy, Wellness coaching, Psychotherapy, and Christian/spiritual counseling.
