Great to meet you!

I am a Vanderbilt-educated, Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive psychiatric nursing experience. I primarily work with individuals between the ages of 18-50 who are struggling with life transitions, depression, anxiety, mood concerns, and relationships. My goal is to collaborate with you to achieve a life of greater satisfaction.

My approach to therapy

I provide individualized, whole-person care that incorporates conventional & integrative psychiatry along with psychotherapy. My therapeutic approach is mainly psychodynamic, which simply means I help you explore the underlying emotional roots of your struggles.

What you can expect from me

During our first session together, we will cover logistics, relevant mental health and medical history, lifestyle habits etc... However, your story is important to me so learning more about who you are is always integrated throughout every session together.
