Great to meet you!

Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 17 years of experience in both public and private sectors. Raamah holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Arkansas-Little Rock and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Oakwood University. Raamah specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with an emphasis on Expressive Art Therapy and works with individuals of all ages, using comprehensive therapeutic services to help her clients achieve emotional, spiritual and creative growth.

My approach to therapy

Using various mediums such as drawing, painting, clay/playdough, music, movement, journaling, and play therapy I will help you explore aspects of life where there are no words and art speaks. Additionally, I offer a Christian perspective and a safe space to develop or improve your relationship with God, others and yourself. I believe in a comprehensive therapeutic approach, that where appropriate, includes biblical principles and therapeutic interventions to help clients reach their goals.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you express “that feeling” through emphasis on Expressive Art therapy (painting, drawing, music, movement and play) in addition to traditional therapy. This will allow you to uncover what’s underneath all the conflict, anxiety, trauma, and stress and create a life filled with joy and positivity. Sometimes when no words exist, art speaks!
