Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience supporting adolescents, young adults, and adults. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Smith College in 2013 and have been independently licensed for the past 7 years.

Many of the clients I support come to therapy for:

  • Anxiety and stress
  • low mood or feeling emotionally stuck
  • Grief and loss
  • The impact of past experiences or trauma
  • Relationship and communication challenges
  • Life transitions, identity exploration, and self‐esteem

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral, Solution‐Focused, and Strengths‐Based approaches, with a strong focus on creating a trusting space where you feel comfortable, safe, and able to be yourself. Therapy with me moves at your pace and builds on your existing strengths. Together, we’ll explore how thoughts, emotions, and patterns show up in your life—such as how you respond to stress, navigate relationships, or cope during periods of transition. We’ll deepen self‐awareness and identify tools that can support you in feeling more grounded, connected, and confident in your day‐to‐day life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and what’s already helping you navigate your life. This is a space for you to share at your own pace, ask questions, and get a sense of how working together might feel. You don’t need to come in with everything figured out. Part of our work is exploring what supports, strengths, or tools, may already be there, even if they don’t feel clear or accessible yet. Together, we’ll then begin clarifying goals and identifying next steps that feel supportive, realistic, and aligned with where you are and where you’d like to go.
