Great to meet you!

My work in the mental health field has allowed me to connect with people across diverse settings, always with the goal of providing compassionate, grounded, and practical care.

My background includes several years in hospice, where I walked alongside patients and their loved ones as they navigated end-of-life decisions, grief, and complex family dynamics. I also have extensive experience in outpatient case management, helping individuals with high-risk medical needs access essential community resources, advocate for their health, and maintain stability during difficult transitions.

In addition, I spent significant time working in a fast-paced emergency department. My work in this environment strengthened my ability to stay present, attuned, and steady even in moments of acute distress. I also have deep experience working with military members and veterans, understanding the unique stressors, cultural considerations, and challenges they and their families often face.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and compassionate, rooted in the belief that every person has the capacity to heal, grow, and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will create goals in which you wish to achieve and discuss expectations of therapy. Together we will create a plan to help you reach those goals. My ultimate hope is that you feel validated and understood. I will always meet you where you are in life without judgement. I may use some humor to help with the hard to talk about topics, but together we will find the best path for you in reaching your personal goals.
