Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, with over 20 years of experience providing therapeutic services. I am passionate about helping others and I practice from a Christian worldview. My style is an eclectic blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space and strive to equip and empower individuals, couples and families to achieve healing.

My approach to therapy

I like a supportive Christian-based approach to therapy. I think it is important to find balance in your life and it starts taking care of the mental, physical and spiritual needs.

What you can expect from me

My clients typically tell me how much better they feel after therapy sessions. I take the time to hear your story and build the therapeutic relationship. My clients often tell me they feel equipped or empowered after sessions. You can expect to feel valued, seen and validated in sessions.
