Great to meet you!

As a clinician, I recognize that every individual has unique experiences and that means not one approach fits everyone. It can be difficult to find a therapist who is the right fit, so congratulations on beginning that process! I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, and their families in healing from traumatic experiences and issues related to depression, anxiety, PTSD, attachment, and family conflict.

My approach to therapy

I view my role as someone to guide and empower my clients when they may not know how best to navigate their trauma, conflicts, or stressors. I see therapy as a safe space to help you process emotions, provide support or education, and work towards goals that we identify together. I value building a genuine, respectful therapeutic relationship so you can show up as your authentic self in session.

What you can expect from me

In your initial session, we would take time for you to share your story and what you are looking to achieve in therapy. You will also get to know a little about my approach and I can answer any questions you may have for me. It is important to me that I create a warm and comfortable environment so that we can identify your goals and set a plan on how to work towards them.
