Great to meet you!

I have been a licensed therapist for over ten years. I graduated with a masters degree in 2013 for the University of Baltimore. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of presenting issues including depression, anxiety, trauma in addition to other disorders. I am trained in Trauma- Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for children and teens.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a combination of modalities to include motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic and other approaches. I tailor my approach to fit the individual client’s needs.

What you can expect from me

I work to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment. I support the client to create goals for therapy based on their presenting struggles.
