Great to meet you!

Compassion, understanding, and acceptance are the foundations of my practice. I believe each client deserves an environment where they feel safe to explore and learn about themselves. My goal is to provide that safe space.

My approach to therapy

My practice specializes in treating trauma, anxiety, and depression by providing a safe and empathetic environment for clients to explore their emotions and experiences. I utilize evidence-based therapies such as EMDR, CBT, and Polyvagal Theory to assist clients in healing from past traumas to regain a sense of control and well-being in their lives.

What you can expect from me

Therapy can be an intimidating undertaking. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and welcoming space to explore areas of your life that you would like to address. I bring a holistic approach to my therapy. I work with you to explore your background, environment, patterns of behavior, core beliefs, and experiences that have impacted you in both positive and negative ways. Together we can examine interpersonal relationships, identify strengths, and find solutions to everyday difficulties.
