Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida. I specialize in working with adolescents and their families. I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, mood concerns, life transitions, and the impact of stressful or overwhelming experiences. I’ve worked in higher levels of care and enjoy working with clients who are stepping down from that level of support. I offer both virtual and in-person sessions!

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, direct, and authentic. I use evidence-based strategies like CBT, DBT-informed skills, and EMDR, depending on your needs and goals. I focus on helping clients better understand their emotions, build coping skills, and feel more confident navigating daily life. Therapy with me is a balance of validation and gentle challenge.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance to get to know each other in a low-pressure, supportive space. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’re hoping to work on. My first sessions are longer than regular sessions, so I can gather information and gain a deeper understanding of you!
