Great to meet you!

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and parenting challenges. I treat stress-related disorders, adjustment disorders, and mood disorders. My client-centered approach focuses on building trust and tailoring interventions to each individual's needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

I meet clients where they are, tailoring therapy to their unique needs. My practice incorporates psychodynamic work exploring how past experiences shape current thoughts, cognitive behavioral therapy to challenge irrational thoughts, humanistic therapy emphasizing growth and self-actualization, and family systems therapy examining family dynamics.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a relaxed atmosphere focused on getting to know each other and building rapport. This time allows us to understand their goals and how I can best support their journey.
