Great to meet you!

I have worked with a wide range of concerns to include depression, anxiety, relationships, parenting, OCD, and ADHD. I have also helped with issues of trauma.

I genuinely enjoy working with others and helping others work toward living life to their fullest potential. I enjoy using techniques that assist in identifying problematic thoughts, reframing thoughts and beliefs about self, exploring values and strengths, and finding acceptance of what we can and cannot control within our lives.

My approach to therapy

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe the client is the expert within their own life and my participation is to assist in discovering and uncovering their true self to address wants and needs. I believe in treating others with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. From a strength based approach, treatment will be tailored to the client.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to gain better awareness of self, confidence, and learn skills that increase mindfulness and psychological flexibility.
